• 2 Scoops Tart Culture Smoothie mix

    1 cup Frozen mango pieces

    1/8 tsp (.5mL) Pink Himalayan salt

    1/4 tsp (1mL) Green cardamom

    1 tbsp (15mL) Honey

    Pinch Saffron

    3 fl oz (90mL) Coconut water

    2 fl oz (60mL) Nonfat milk 9 oz (270mL) ice

Blend until smooth and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of honey.
